"Scientific Notes of Taurida National V. I. Vernadsky University. The aim of the journal "Scientific Notes of Taurida National V. I. Vernadsky University. Series: Public Management and Administration" is to advance and promote the science of public administration, publish the results of current fundamental and applied research in public governance, local self-government, and public policy, shape a modern paradigm of public management, and integrate Ukrainian research in public administration into the international academic community.

The main objectives of the journal are:
• to publish research results on pressing issues in public management, administration, and public policy;
• to contribute to the development of public administration science and the improvement of the public governance and local self-government systems in Ukraine;
• to provide an academic platform for professional discussion among scholars, public servants, practitioners, and higher education students;
• to disseminate innovative managerial approaches, models, and technologies in public governance and administration;
• to ensure high standards of publication quality through a process of independent peer review;
• to uphold the principles of academic integrity;
• to support early-career researchers and facilitate their academic and professional development;
• to develop international scientific cooperation and attract foreign authors;
• to promote the scientific achievements of the university community and strengthen the reputation of the journal.

Professional registration of the edition: is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (category "B") in Public Administration in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409 of 17.03.2020. (Annex 1)

Before April 8, 2021, the journal was named "Scientific notes of V. I. Vernadsky Taurida National University. Series: Public administration".
Due to the change of the journal’s name, the List of scientific professional journals of Ukraine was amended according to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 735 of 29.06.2021. (Annex 3)
